* IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Brief Road is flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:15 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 20.3 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:15 PM CDT Thursday was 20.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    this evening and continue falling to 0.7 feet Tuesday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
