.DISCUSSION...Isolated to scattered showers are possible today,
mostly along and northwest of the Mississippi River. A building
upper-level ridge will result in mainly rain free weather tonight
into the start of the upcoming weekend with temperatures gradually
rising into the middle to upper 90s. The upper-level ridge is
anticipated to weaken by late weekend into early next week with
a back door cold front bringing a return of rain chances to the area.
