Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves...along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.Synopsis for Jupiter Inlet to Ocean Reef FL out to 60 nm and for
East Cape Sable to Bonita Beach FL out to 60 nm...

Moderate to fresh northerly winds are expected today, which will
decrease a bit and remain moderate for Saturday. Seas are expected
to build to 7-10 feet and Gulf seas up to 3-4 feet through Saturday.
A Small Craft Advisory is in effect through Sunday morning for the
coastal and offshore Palm Beach waters and through Saturday evening
for the rest of the Atlantic waters. Isolated to scattered showers
and thunderstorms will continue to develop at times each day, which
may result in locally hazardous winds and seas.

Gulf Stream Hazards: Sustained winds up to 20 knots and 7-10 foot
seas.
