waters of Biscayne Bay and Lake Okeechobee.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves...along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

East Cape Sable to Bonita Beach FL out to 60 nm...

A moderate west to northwest breeze will continue across the Gulf
waters before becoming gentle on Thursday, while gentle southerly
winds prevail across the Atlantic waters through the end of the
week. Isolated showers and thunderstorms are possible each morning
across the Gulf waters, increasing in coverage in the seabreeze
zones each evening. These storms may result in locally hazardous
winds and seas.
