Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves...along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.Synopsis for Jupiter Inlet to Ocean Reef FL out to 60 nm and for
East Cape Sable to Bonita Beach FL out to 60 nm...

A fresh to strong breeze will develop across the local Atlantic
waters later today and into tonight with a fresh breeze developing
across the Gulf waters during the same time frame. This is due to a
frontal boundary approaching and pushing through the area. Seas will
rise tonight to 5-7 feet in the Atlantic and 3-5 feet in the Gulf.
Hazardous conditions will begin for the Atlantic around midday today
and continue through Tuesday night. Mostly dry conditions expected
with only a few occasional showers possible at times.

Gulf Stream Hazards: 5-7 foot seas and winds 20-25 kts this
afternoon through Tuesday night.

The approximate location of the west wall of the Gulf Stream as of
Nov 01, 2025.
