Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves...along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

A gentle to moderate easterly breeze will continue across most of
the local waters through the first half of the weekend. The
exception to this will be across the Gulf waters where winds may
shift and become northwesterly each afternoon as a Gulf breeze
develops.
