Gentle northwesterly winds this morning will veer to an onshore
direction across the nearshore Gulf and Atlantic waters during the
afternoon hours. A front will move southward through the state
Wednesday through Thursday and bring an increase in the winds and
also a more significant northeasterly swell across the Atlantic
waters. Advisory level seas are possible by late week. Scattered
showers and storms are expected today across Atlantic waters and
will be more widespread across Gulf and Atlantic waters Wednesday
through Thursday.
