* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Florida, including the following
  counties, Broward and Miami-Dade.

* WHEN...Until 330 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 206 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Fort Lauderdale, Pembroke Pines, Hollywood, Miramar, Davie,
    Hallandale, Aventura, Dania Beach, West Park, Estates Of Fort
    Lauderdale, Oak Point, Ravenswood Estates, Chambers Estates,
    Fort Lauderdale - Hollywood International Airport, Ojus,
    Miramar Parkway And University Drive, Pembroke Park, Golden
    Beach and Hollywood Downtown.
