.Discussion...
Sea breezes will dominate local surface flow across South Florida
today with westerly flow developing across Southwest Florida and
easterly flow across Southeast Florida. As Hurricane Erin passes
east of the Florida peninsula, surface flow becomes north-
northwesterly on Tuesday and will continue veering towards the west
by the middle of the week. Scattered showers and storms could
develop across South Florida each day this week, with heavy rain and
occasional lightning possible. Relative humidity values will remain
above critical thresholds.
Widespread fog is not anticipated.
