Generally light winds again today, with easterly winds developing
for the east coast and westerly winds for the west coast as the sea
breezes form in the afternoon hours. Scattered to numerous showers
and thunderstorms will develop in the afternoon, with most activity
over interior and east coast areas. Max dispersions today will be
poor to fair. Relative humidity values remain well above critical
levels.
