.Discussion...
Light southeasterly winds will prevail across the area through the
weekend, with the exception of southerly to southwesterly winds
along the Gulf coast each afternoon as a gulf sea breeze develops.
Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected each
day, focusing across the eastern half of the peninsula during the
overnight & morning hours before shifting to the western half of the
peninsula during the afternoon and evening hours. Gusty and erratic
winds will be possible in and around any showers and storms. Maximum
dispersion values today will be poor to fair through the weekend,
while minimum RH values will stay well above critical thresholds.
Widespread fog is not expected.
