afternoon, becoming more northeasterly late tonight and overnight. Winds remain
light on Friday out of the east-northeast. Vicinity thunderstorms could cause
erratic wind shifts, heavy rainfall, and lightning both today and tomorrow. Poor
to fair dispersion rates.
