.DISCUSSION...
Winds will remain rather light at the burn site throughout most of
the day on Wednesday. Scattered to numerous showers and
thunderstorms will develop during the afternoon and evening hours.
The strongest thunderstorms could contain gusty and erratic winds
along with heavy downpours. Showers and storms will gradually
diminish as Wednesday evening progresses. Maximum dispersion
values will remain poor to fair at the burn site Wednesday.
