.DISCUSSION...
While winds will be light, the predominant direction will be south to
southeast through most of the day. As sea breezes begin to make their way
inland, the highest chances of thunderstorm development for inland South
Florida, including near the burn site in southern Hendry County.
Frequent lightning, gusty and erratic winds, and heavy rainfall will be
possible with any storm. Storm motions may be slow and erratic, and new
updrafts may develop along approaching outflow boundaries. Shower activity
should wane after sunset and winds become more light and variable.
Dispersions will be mostly fair through the afternoon. Chances of
precipitation will increase on Tuesday as a stalling front
approaches central Florida. Dispersions will remain more poor to fair.
