Frontal boundary is currently pushing across the area which will
lead to a wind shift from the west to the northwest by late this
morning. Winds will remain northwesterly today, but will be
veering to the north on Tuesday and northeast on Wednesday.
Minimum RH values will remain in the 40% range today, and will
drop into the 30% range on Tuesday afternoon. Dispersion values
will max out in the `good` range each afternoon through the middle
of the week.
