Winds should remain fairly light out of the southeast through much of the day,
becoming east-southeasterly this evening. Scattered thunderstorms this afternoon
are expected to bring heavy rainfall, frequent lightning, and gusty winds that
could lead to erratic fire behavior. Poor to fair dispersions throughout the
period.
