Light and variable winds early this morning, increasing slightly
out of the south-southwest by the early afternoon hours.A few
showers and storms may develop towards the mid-afternoon into
early evening hours leading to erratic wind shifts.Due to lighter
winds, dispersion values will remain poor to fair.
