conditions to the burn site. Winds will increase out of the
northwest as the day progresses and gusts of 15 to 20 mph will be
possible during the afternoon hours. Maximum dispersion values
this afternoon will be generally good. Minimum relative humidity
values will drop below critical values and will range between 25
and 30 percent this afternoon at the burn site.
