            Social media footage taken at the Rivertowne
            Square shopping plaza, located on the
            southwestern corner of Federal Highway and
            SE 10th Street in Deerfield Beach showed a
            significant amount of leftover standing
            water after heavy rainfall overnight. Video
            was taken at 11:30am, but exact timing of
            flash flooding likely occurred around 1AM as
            the heaviest rainfall was occurring.
