            Multiple vehicles stalled in flood waters
            near the intersection of Powerline Road and
            Copans Road in Pompano Beach. At least 7
            vehicles required towing, and water reached
            at least a foot deep, halfway up the tires
            of an SUV. Nearby rainfall observations
            indicated over 4 inches of rain in a 3-hour
            period.
