...STRONG WINDS EXPECTED...

The areas affected include...
  Waters from Marco Island to Bonita Beach FL from 40 to 60 NM...

At 501 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located
26 nm west of R Tower, moving north at 10 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, lightning strikes, and heavy downpours. Boaters should seek
safe harbor immediately until this storm passes.

Report severe weather to the coast guard or nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
forecast office.

Waterspouts are possible with this activity. Remain on the alert in
case warnings are issued for waterspout development.
