* At 1111 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located 17 nm east of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, moving
  south at 10 knots.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas.
