The National Weather Service in Miami has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  Biscayne Bay...
  Coastal waters from Deerfield Beach to Ocean Reef FL out 20 NM...

* Until 230 PM EDT.

* At 203 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Soldier Key to near Turkey Point, moving
  southeast at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Soldier Key, Convoy Point, Turkey Point, Biscayne Bay, Pacific
  Reef, Elliott Key, Triumph Reef, and Black Point.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.
