.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS...

South winds increase through the day. Gusty winds and steep seas
north of Cape Blanco will spread to all of the southern Oregon
waters Monday. Conditions will be hazardous to smaller crafts
through Tuesday as winds approach Gale force strength Monday night
into Tuesday. The weather pattern will remain active through the
week before high pressure builds off the Oregon coast around the
weekend.
