.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS...Sub-advisory
conditions are expected through early Sunday, then another system
brings increasing south winds Sunday afternoon, followed by a
quick shift to gusty northwest winds Sunday evening. Increasing
northwest swell will combine with wind waves and likely bring the
return of steep to very steep seas Sunday afternoon into Monday.
Conditions improve again late Monday into Tuesday with another
frontal system expected on Thursday.
