.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS...A weak
disturbance will result in overall light winds and lower seas
over the marine waters through Tuesday, but with areas of stratus
and possibly even some light rain showers or drizzle. Then on
Wednesday, west to southwesterly winds will shift to the north
and increase by the afternoon, especially south of Cape Blanco,
with a possible period of steep seas during the afternoon that
could last into Thursday. Another system later this week could
bring showers and isolated thunderstorms Friday through the
weekend.
