Breezy east winds on upper slopes/ridges will be strongest early this morning. But, they will be gusty again tonight and be accompanied by poorer humidity recoveries. Winds will again trend weaker Tuesday night, though ridges will still have moderate recoveries. A change in the pattern will begin with a moist coastal marine push early Wednesday. An active pattern Wednesday night through the weekend will result in cooler temperatures, rain chances, and periods of gusty winds.
