.DISCUSSION...The area will overall stay dry as high pressure
remains in control. There will be a weakening front that could
bring a coastal marine push late tonight into Tuesday, with a
small chance for light rain. There will be areas of night and
morning valley low clouds and fog with strong inversions tonight.
Active weather returns Wednesday into Wednesday night with strong,
gusty south winds and periods of moderate to heavy rainfall.
Unsettled weather will persist through at least late this week.
Snow levels lower to around 4000 feet by Friday morning.
