.DISCUSSION...Late summer-like temperatures and humidities are
expected into the weekend and well into next week. Recoveries
will generally be good to moderate, especially in the valleys, but
easterly flow will bring lowering recoveries for the peaks and
ridgelines. Poor recoveries are expected for the peaks/ridgelines
Sunday morning, but winds are expected to be well below critical
thresholds. A weak low pressure disturbance approaches the region
Sunday into Monday, which could bring a slight chance of
thunderstorms to southern Lake and Modoc counties.
