.DISCUSSION...Expect valley low clouds and fog this morning with a
strong inversion, but this will break this afternoon. Active weather
returns this afternoon and tonight. The result will be gusty south
winds, periods of moderate to heavy rainfall, and high snow levels.
Unsettled weather will persist through late this week with snow
levels eventually lowering to around 5000 feet by Friday morning.
Conditions will likely improve heading into this weekend, but
another front will approach the coast Sunday.
