.DISCUSSION...Isolated showers are possible along the coast and in
northern Douglas County this evening; otherwise, it will be dry
tonight into Wednesday morning. Marine stratus will push to at
least the Umpqua Divide. Inland areas will continue to warm up and
dry out Wednesday. There is a slight chance (20%) of thunderstorms
near the Warner Mountains in southeast Fire Zone 285 late Wednesday
afternoon and early evening. Dry and hot conditions are likely inland
Thursday and Friday, though there is a slight chance of showers and
thunderstorms each afternoon/evening in northern California and along and
east of the Cascades. Slight cooling is expected over the weekend, but
another mini hot spell could return early next week.
