.DISCUSSION...Dry weather is expected today and tonight as high
pressure remains over the forecast area. Expect morning valley
low clouds and fog with strong inversions. Active weather returns
tomorrow into tomorrow night. The result will be gusty south
winds, periods of moderate to heavy rainfall, and initially high
snow levels. Unsettled weather will persist through late this week
with snow levels lowering to around 4500-5000 feet by Friday
morning. Conditions will likely improve heading into this weekend,
but another front will approach the coast Sunday.
