.DISCUSSION...Late summer-like temperatures and humidities are
expected through the weekend and into early next week. Recoveries
will generally be good to moderate in the valleys, but easterly
flow will bring lowering recoveries for the peaks and ridgelines.
Poor to moderate recoveries are expected for the peaks/ridgelines
Sunday morning, but winds are expected to be well below critical
thresholds. A weak low pressure disturbance approaches the region
Sunday night into Monday, which may bring a low chance (5%) of
thunderstorms to Modoc County.
