.DISCUSSION...Active weather returns today with precipitation
spreading across eastern areas this morning and gusty south winds
developing in the Shasta Valley and east of the Cascades.
Meanwhile, another system from the west brings precipitation to
the coast and West Side later this afternoon into Monday. A break
between systems with below normal temperatures is expected
Tuesday into Wednesday.
