...Gusty east winds with moderate to poor relative humidity
recovery on upper slopes/ridges early this morning and Tonight...

Warm and dry weather is expected into Wednesday, though with
chilly mornings in valleys. Breezy east winds on upper
slopes/ridges will be strongest early this morning. But, they will
be gusty again tonight and be accompanied by poorer humidity
recoveries. Winds will again trend weaker Tuesday night, though
ridges will still have moderate recoveries. A change to an active
pattern follows Wednesday night through the weekend with cooler
temperatures, rain chances, and periods of gusty winds.
