...Gusty east winds with moderate to poor relative humidity
recovery on upper slopes/ridges early this morning and Tonight...

Warm and dry weather is expected into Wednesday, though with
chilly mornings in valleys. Breezy east winds on upper
slopes/ridges will trend weaker tonight, but will be accompanied
by poorer humidity recoveries. Winds will again trend weaker
Tuesday night, though ridges will still have moderate recoveries.
A change to an active pattern follows Wednesday night through the
weekend with cooler temperatures, rain chances, and periods of
gusty winds.
