Hot and dry conditions are expected this afternoon with areas of
instability. In addition, thunderstorms are anticipated in north
eastern California. These thunderstorms will lean drier with
little precipitation and could be more scattered than currently
anticipated. Northeast winds will continue over the coastal
terrain. Hot and dry conditions continue through the week.
