A break between systems with below normal temperatures is
expected through this afternoon. Another round of active weather
is anticipated later this afternoon through tomorrow. This will
result in widespread rainfall in addition to light snowfall at
higher elevations. Heaviest rainfall expected along and near the
coast with the Wednesday-Thursday system. High pressure will
rebuild into the area late this week and persist into the weekend.
