.DISCUSSION...It warms up and dries out early this week (still chilly
Tuesday morning), but temperatures getting back closer to normal values
Tuesday afternoon. It`ll be even warmer (above normal) Wed/Thu with dry
afternoon RHs and only moderate (at best) RH recovery/breezy NE winds over
upper slopes/ridges at night/morning with a strong inversion, which breaks
around 10-11 am. Afternoon W-SW breezes pick up Thu/Fri, but it remains
dry. Another trough swings through the PacNW this weekend with a cool down,
but precip chances remain low (15% or less). N-NE winds develop behind the
trough Sunday into early next week with temps rebounding upward again.

                    warmer afternoon.
