.DISCUSSION...Hot and dry conditions are expected on Tuesday
and Wednesday as high pressure remains over the region. Hot
afternoon temperatures will bring an increased risk for
heat related illness and a heat advisory is in effect. A weak
disturbance moving across the region may allow a few cloud
buildups in the area Tuesday afternoon and evening, mainly
south and southeast of the area in Northern California.
Thunderstorms are not expected over the Rogue Valley.

Winds will become breezy each afternoon and early evening
with gusts to around 15 mph. There is a moderate chance (60%) for
winds to gust to 15 mph on Tuesday, then a high chance (80%) for
gusts to 15 to 18 mph on Wednesday. Strongest wind gusts are
expected from from 4pm to 7pm each day.
