.DISCUSSION...Light rain will continue today with showers decreasing
in the late afternoon and evening. Some lingering showers are possible
tonight into Tuesday. Lower ceilings 800-1500 feet are expected today.
Guidance supports ceilings lifting some in the late afternoon and
early evening (around 3pm or later) to around 2000-2500 feet,  before
lowering again in the evening. Fog with very low ceilings (100-500 ft)
and visibilities (0.25-1.0 miles) is likely overnight.

A  break between systems is expected Tuesday with below normal
temperatures and light winds. Low clouds (200-600 feet ceilings)
and areas of fog are expected Tuesday morning,  lifting in the
early to mid afternoon (around 1-2pm).
