.DISCUSSION...Active weather returns this afternoon/tonight and
will continue through tomorrow. The result will be breezy to
strong southerly winds, periods of moderate to heavy rainfall,
and high snow levels. Unsettled weather will persist through late
this week with snow levels eventually lowering to around 5000 feet
by Friday morning. Conditions will likely improve heading into
this weekend, but another front will approach the coast Sunday
then gradually move inland.
