.DISCUSSION...A strong inversion will be in place Sunday morning
with very limited mixing around 300-400 ft. Its not until about 11
AM until mixing will start with further decent mixing through the
afternoon. Wind speeds will be light (<5 mph) and will go "around
the dial" from southwest to west and eventually northwest by late
afternoon. Another strong inversion will develop overnight Sunday
into Monday morning.
