A strong inversion will be in place through Friday morning, but
mixing should start around 11 AM with further mixing through peak
heating resulting in very good mixing heights. Wind speeds will be
predominantly from the southwest through the afternoon, but by
late afternoon (~5pm) there could be more of a west/northwest
component through sunset. The inversion will also likely start to
redevelop around sunset with another strong inversion limiting
mixing Friday night into Saturday morning.
