about 12pm to 1pm on Friday with very limited mixing before then.
Clouds will also be accompanied through the morning hours but
clearing will start around sunrise. Thereafter, expecting mostly
clear skies and mixing through the afternoon hours, but mixing
heights may not pass 4000 feet. Lastly, expecting generally light
and variable winds through the day on Friday.
