A strong inversion will be in place this morning. Airmass is dry
in the low levels, so not expecting any low clouds or fog this
morning, but mixing wont start until around noon. Unfortunately,
there wont be great mixing today, and the inversion may set back
up this afternoon around 2pm. Lastly, it will be a bit on the
breezy side this afternoon with gusts occasionally around 15-20
mph.
