.DISCUSSION...A strong inversion will be in place overnight, and
mixing is not expected to start until about 11 AM. That said,
expecting deep mixing through the afternoon hours. Wind speeds
will be mostly light and variable, but during peak heating there
will likely be more of a southwest component. Speeds will quickly
diminish around sunset to light and variable once again. Another
strong inversion will develop Saturday night which will limit any
potential smoke dispersion.
