* WHAT...West to southwest wind 10 to 20 mph and steep wind-driven
  seas 6 to 10 ft at 6 seconds.

* WHERE...All areas.

* WHEN...From 4 PM Thursday to 4 PM PST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and steep seas could capsize or damage
  smaller vessels.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM PST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and or steep seas could capsize or damage
  smaller vessels.

  seconds through this afternoon. Seas may briefly lower below 6
  feet late this afternoon and this evening. Seas build to 5 to
  7 feet at 6 seconds with west to southwest winds of 10 to 20
  kt Thursday night and Friday. Steep west seas 8 to 10 feet
  Friday night and Saturday.

* WHERE...Beyond 5 nm from shore south of Port Orford today,
  then all the area Thursday night through Saturday.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM PST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and/or steep seas could capsize or
  damage smaller vessels.
