...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM PST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and steep,
  wind-driven seas 7 to 10 ft expected late this morning through
  this evening. Then, winds lower tonight and large, steep west
  seas of 12 to 17 feet at 15 seconds builds into the waters
  Thursday and Thursday night, gradually lowering late Friday.

* WHERE...All areas will be affected by conditions hazardous to
  small craft. Seas may briefly rise to hazardous seas warning
  level with local gales in the late afternoon and early evening.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and/or steep seas could capsize or
  damage vessels.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners and those operating smaller vessels should
