WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...North to northeast winds 15 to 25 kt with occasional
  gusts to 35 kt. Seas 10 to 14 feet at 10 seconds.

* WHERE...All areas, except strongest winds and highest seas
  will be beyond 20 NM from shore.

* WHEN...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, until 5 PM PDT Tuesday.
  For the Small Craft Advisory, until 5 AM PDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and very steep and hazardous seas could
  capsize or damage vessels.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Recreational boaters should remain in port. Commercial vessels
