  This includes Klamath Falls, Tulelake, Chiloquin, Sprague River,
  Valley Falls, and Alturas.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 8 AM PDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
