ABUNDANT LIGHTNING ON DRY FUELS FOR FIRE WEATHER ZONES 280, 281,
AND 621...

Thunderstorms have not materialized today. There is still some
lightning risk overnight through Wednesday, but activity should be
isolated. Therefore, the Red Flag Warning will be allowed to
expire.

...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM PDT WEDNESDAY
FOR ABUNDANT LIGHTNING ON DRY FUELS FOR FIRE WEATHER ZONE 284...

* AFFECTED AREA...In California, Fire weather zone 284.

* THUNDERSTORMS...Scattered thunderstorms with abundant
  lightning possible. Storms may produce little or no rain, and
  lightning strikes outside of precipitation cores are
  possible, and may cause many new fire starts. Thunderstorms
  are expected to continue through the overnight hours.

* OUTFLOW WINDS...Gusts of 35 to 50 mph could travel outward up
  to 25 miles from thunderstorm cores.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...In addition to thunderstorm potential,
  conditions on Tuesday will be hot, dry, breezy, and unstable,
  adding to the heightened fire weather concerns for the day.

system. Familiarize yourself with your emergency plan and make
